The statute of limitation on the charge of reckless driving causing death did not expire until 2027, he said. If he was not found in the UK, Interpol's Bangkok bureau would be asked to issue a Blue Notice to its 190 member countries. A Blue Notice seeks assistance in locating, identifying or obtaining information on a person of interest in a criminal investigation. The arrest warrant has a 15-year life, starting on Sept 3, 2012 with the expiration date Sept 3, 2027.
